Energy, Stress, and Adaptogens
Early in 2019, I was struggling with energy and I came across a product called TianChi. It makes a drink which you take on an empty stomach in the morning. I took this every morning (It didn’t take this long to see the effects, but I continued taking it!) for a month and a half, and I was off and running again with as much energy as I’d ever had. The adaptogens found in this formula are: Shizandra, Rhodiola, Reishi Mushroom, Ashwaganda and Eluthero.

Hi Jim, no I don’t take it regularly any more. I’ve taken the “Inner Peace” as well. My energy has stayed up since that time. I will take it again as needed, but I think – as with many supplements – that if a substance is overused, sometimes the body can build up a resistance to it. Even herbs I’ve learned to change out with the seasons or after a period of time. 😊 Like with strong immune boosting herbs… many times it is recommended to only take 7-10 days. So, I use them until I have the desired result and then see how my body does after I stop taking the supplement.

I’ve heard good things about rhodiola. I was going to try it for altitude sickness when I visit colorado!
