Txx Dawn, I applaud his courage in taking a stand. He gives a different perspective… how to maintain freedom while also encouraging people to consider safety… how far is enough? Where should the line be drawn?

For me, working around patients, nursing homes, and hospitals, no one has to enforce the rule that I stay in when I can. It just makes sense. I won’t be found in group meetings or theaters just yet. 😊

On the other hand, I was talking with a guy who owns two gas stations. He said, “you know – between both stations, I must ask at least 400 people a day if they know anyone with COVID. I have yet to meet anyone who has said yes.”

      Makes ya wonder doesn’t it?

Food for thought. Your friend, Beth.

I hear you, well, I read ya loud & clear. Personally, I think people like him, Snowden & Assange and the like, are heroes of sorts, if only to get people to ask questions about what they possibly shouldn’t accept, in case they aren’t sure, of course. It is vital there are sheriff’s, deputies & officers that will not follow orders if they are in direct violation of the people’s constitution.

I think so too, that they are heros for speaking up and highlighting the issue between protecting rights and trampling on rights. 👍 It seems like many things start out as a “good measure” to take, but then there are those who take it to extremes and then it’s not ok anymore.
