Awen
On a beautiful day at the lake, I found the trees painting their own inspiration across the canvas of the water. They created, what reminded me of, the Awen symbol for inspiration.
And they whispered on the balmy breeze,
“Hail and Welcome!”
Awen is the Welsh, Cornish and Brenton word for creative inspiration – or – the inspiration of Poetic Bards. Other words associated with Awen are flowing, spirit and muse.
