Meditation Space

I was leading a meditation not too long ago, and a friend commented that she really didn’t realize how much pain she was used to carrying until suddenly, it was gone. And she realized that for the 20 minutes we were in meditation, all pain had left her body.

Recently, she stated that she is unable to take any medicine for her migraines. And because of this, her doctor has prescribed meditation as a therapy to help with pain. I only lead meditations once a month, and so she asked if I could do shorter recordings to send to her to do during the day and throughout the week. And this began a new journey for me as I started working on these recordings …
