What comes to mind when you think of the South? Charm perhaps? Ancient oaks draped in Spanish moss? This is a picture that will always be branded in my mind of Aiken, SC.
The old South Boundary Avenue of old oaks arching overhead is an unforgettable site. Or sight? Both!
I’ll get back to Alternative health eventually, but for now… travel has kept me busy! Today, I spent the afternoon with the most wonderful soul and came back home to my first love: a horse! Horses are another element that I will always associate with Aiken. And, to coming home.
I love this picture! We have two polo clubs and polo fields about a mile from us. Horses are wonderful😊

I start a new project tomorrow. It’s called Compassionate Horse Grooming, and I’m looking forward to learning! And hopefully riding at some point! 🐎

That’s an awesome project! It would be wonderful to read a blog about it if you do one. Enjoy!

I remember seeing some magnificent trees while driving through the south, near Savannah. Not sure what they were, though. Perhaps they were the same trees you feature in your beautiful photo.
