It’s gotta be stucco, I like that texture much more than the texture on my 1995 home. All of the houses in this HOA have the same dang texture. A Cloneville?
It’s the real thing all right, too course in my opinion even for an exterior texture. The house was repainted two years ago and it still looks great in all-white.
