         You are welcome, Beth. I have been dealing with a high blood pressure issue that just won’t go away. I’ve seen a kidney doctor and will hopefully see an endocrinologist soon.

         It could be the adrenal glands that are causing this since they do many things including control blood pressure. Grr!

         I can relate to this struggle. I’m glad that you are active. I have also had to get on my feet and be active to help with health. I drove for so long. It was catching up to me. Yesterday, I walked 7.12 miles.

         Whoa, 7.12 miles is a very long way to walk, Beth! My back won’t let me walk more than a few hundred feet. I do ride the e-Bike most days though, it does give you some exercise. I will try to keep you in the loop, thanks! 🙏🏻❤️
