Cranberry pancake with whip cream

Do you have leftover cranberry sauce? Add some to pancake batter! My sauce also had chopped nuts in it. Bonus!

    Perhaps my maternal family did the most uninteresting stuff with cranberry sauce. I was little. It looked like it was ejected from a can & put on a plate. I’ve never eaten it. Glad to know it maybe could be healthy or enjoyable.
