Day turns into night. Then the sun rises again, and the world turns and turns through seasons and time. The days turn into a year and counting.

We find ourselves in a very different world from the one we were experiencing a year ago. Who could have imagined a year ago that the most common rear-view mirror hanger in cars would be a mask?

This heat is familiar though, and so from my archives, I share some cooling techniques from an article posted on May 23, 2019.

        Oh my goodness. All breathing techniques look and sound ridiculous! I just lock myself in a closet when I do them. The most embarrassing is in yoga class. Especially the bee one where you are supposed to cover your ears! I never do because I’m afraid I will be the only one buzzing away while the rest of the class has moved on!!! 😝 the breathing techniques are great though. Couldn’t live without them (goofy pun completely intended)! 😂

        I hear ya! It does make one feel a bit silly. I do them alone. 🤣🤣🤣 Kundalini can get a bit embarrassing as well. Do what? In front of people? Lol.
