What does squirrel see? She scampers down from her tree.
Here lies nourishment for winter’s pantry.
The cold will come again. But, she will be happy then.
She and her family will have full bellies.

Nice read! It’s a bit funny to me how people, in general, dislike rodents, but when it comes to the Squirrel, everyone loves them! It must be the cute face, long whiskers and the funny things they sometimes do. 😬

Ya know… I just really never think about squirrels as rodents … they’re just so darn cute. Unless they get into your attic! Or steal the bird’s food. 😤😊
