Blue Giant
The Blue Giant Agapanthus, also known as African lily and Nile lily, forms large clumps of leaves with tall stems decorated in round, full deep blue / purple flower clusters. The word Agapanthus is derived from the Greek words agape, meaning love, and anthos, meaning flower. Agapanthus can be translated as, “Flower of Love”.
What seemingly small beginning, has the potential to bloom into a luxurious bouquet in my life?

August Photo a Day Challenge 11 – Vivid, Colorful
Keeping cares
Thinking that wears
Is time spent
That we wish to relent.
However,
In the midst of the fog
Knee-deep in the bog,
You may just find
The cause for the bind.
So, Look up. Look out.
Give the new morning a shout!

Lady in Red
Golden crown adorns
Auburn tresses – her face shines
Fey queen of the realm

Sanctuary
Gliding on still waters, the dip of the oars push me forward into turtle’s murky sanctuary. Am I still in the water, or am I rowing out into the clouds…
Shardorma
A shardorma is a simple syllabic poetry form which consists of six lines following a syllable pattern of 3–5–3–3–5–7. The six lines can be a complete poem or they can be strung together as stanzas to form a long poem.
Kayaking
Sky’s looking-glass shifts
The oar dips
Dips again
Turtles go splashing
A living dream on water
